Supporting Shell Pensioners through welfare, healthcare, administration, and community engagement.
The Shell Pensioners’ Association of Nigeria was founded in 1987 in Port Harcourt as an umbrella organisation for all Shell Pensioners in Nigeria.
The National Executive Committee (NEC) was formed in 1999 with branches in Lagos, Warri, Port Harcourt, and Abuja. The NEC consults with Shell Management on pensions and welfare matters affecting members.

Meetings are held every first Thursday of the month.

• Certificate of Existence form processing
• Trust Fund Pension updates

The EXCO processes completed forms from members and ensures delivery to SNCPFA Lagos while also handling complaints relating to the processing exercise.
The Association office is located at No. 3 Bonny Street, Shell Residential Area (RA).

The Association provides burial support and welfare assistance to eligible bereaved families of deceased members and spouses, based on membership financial standing.
The Association organizes an annual Pensioners Day celebration between November and December with support from Shell Management.
Awards are presented to members aged 80+ and outstanding EXCO members.

EXCO representatives conduct periodic visits to clinics and hospitals to ensure members receive satisfactory healthcare services under the Association’s HMO arrangement.
Welfare visits are arranged for critically ill members. The Association may also seek further assistance from the HMO where necessary.
